To qualifiy for membership, interested contractors will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• An interest along with relevant experience in housing   maintenance
• Limited company status
• Provide two client references

Associate membership can be offered to individuals who possess specialist skills or knowledge with particular reference to HMCF and its activities.
